We want you to be happy with Zutor. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@zutor.app with:

We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued through Paddle, our payment provider, to your original payment method.

After 14 Days

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund policy applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but will not receive a partial refund for the remaining months.

Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and therefore no refund is applicable. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with up to 5 students.
